InnerAscent stores the content you create so features can work: Steps progress, journal entries, clean-time values, meeting preferences, sponsor contacts you add, AI reflection history when you use it, and the usage data needed for analytics, backup, and sync.

  • Plan: one Premium subscription includes all listed Premium features (no separate add-ons). Prices shown are $4.99/month or $39/year; taxes or fees may be added by Apple or Google at checkout.
  • Renewal: subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: handled under Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.

What platforms and devices does InnerAscent support?+

InnerAscent is a dedicated mobile app. It's available now for Android on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moblers.Innerascent. The iOS version will be launching soon on the App Store. There is no web app available. This website (innerascent.app) provides product details, FAQs, privacy information, and launch notifications. Multi-device Sync and Cloud Backup ensure your data is consistent across devices. Offline Mode allows you to use essential tools without internet access, syncing your data once you're back online. Premium features such as AI Reflection, the Meditation Library, Voice Journaling, and Advanced Analytics require a Premium subscription after the free trial.

When will InnerAscent launch and how do I get notified?+

The Android version is already available on Google Play. The iOS app will be launching soon. To receive a notification when it's available on the App Store, simply enter your email in the “Alert me when Apple is coming out” form on this page. We only use your email (and optional language preference) to send this announcement—no SMS or marketing spam. You can request removal at any time by emailing info@innerascent.app or using the contact details in our Privacy Policy.

What is included in the free trial and the Premium plan?+

New members enjoy 30 days of full access for free. After the trial, core tools like the Twelve Steps journey, journaling, meetings finder, sponsor hub, and clean-time counter remain accessible. Premium features continue with a subscription—$4.99/month or $39/year—billed through Google Play for Android, and through the App Store once iOS launches. There are no additional feature add-ons. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to Apple or Google Play policies. Taxes may apply at checkout.

How does InnerAscent keep my recovery data private?+

Your recovery data is stored securely to ensure the app functions effectively, with encryption in transit and at rest. We use Google Firebase for sign-in, cloud storage, and notifications, and OpenAI for the optional AI Reflection Assistant. We do not sell your personal information. AI prompts are processed solely to generate responses, not to identify you. By default, only you can access your content; sponsor sharing is optional.
