Terms of Use

By accessing or using InnerAscent (“the app”), operated by Moblers at innerascent.app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

InnerAscent is a supportive companion for people working a Twelve Steps program. It is not medical care, therapy, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, or a replacement for a sponsor, fellowship, or qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must be an adult (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the app. By using InnerAscent, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Information you provide should be accurate to the extent you choose to identify yourself. You may stop using the app at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access other users’ private data or compromise the security of the service.
• Impersonate others or misuse sponsor, sharing, or community features.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

Recovery depends on anonymity and mutual respect — please protect the privacy of fellow members.

Some features may be offered on a free-trial or paid subscription basis. Prices, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the app and in the applicable app store. You can cancel a subscription through your app-store account settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the app store’s policies.

Your journal entries, step writing, and other content remain yours. You are responsible for what you write and share. When you use sharing or sponsor features, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and deliver that content to the people you choose.

The app, website, branding, and underlying software are owned by Moblers or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the service.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Moblers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on app content, meeting listings, or AI-generated responses.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. You may delete your account from within the app or by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required by law.
