How is clean time counted?

Whole calendar days from the date you enter to today, then years, months, and days using real month lengths. A future date shows zero.

Is this the same as the InnerAscent app?

The count uses the same calendar rules as the app counter. This page does not save the date. The app keeps it on your phone after you set it in Profile.
